Ken has over twenty years of experience in
business in leadership positions in the financial services industry and
as a leadership consultant and executive coach. Ken has partnered with
executives, managers, and teams across a broad range of organizations
and businesses, helping his clients build effective relationships and
reach their performance goals and business objectives. He is experienced
in helping individuals and |
| teams identify their signature
strengths; develop their interpersonal skills; and increase their emotional
intelligence - the self-awareness that is a key to improving performance.
His expertise includes one-on-one executive coaching, executive team development
and coaching, design and facilitation of leadership retreats, change management,
and leadership development. Ken earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology
from Fordham University. He obtained his executive coaching certification
from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, one of the leading executive
coaching certification organizations in the United States, and an International
Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program. He is qualified in the Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator and is certified in Management Research Group’s organizational
and leadership assessments.
